'No Excuse' program

The british have launched a program where no one can talk there way out of breaking laws while driving. Many of these include safety precautions such as no texting and driving with out a seatbelt. It is a program we as Americans should embrace in our country in order to really improve safety instead of throwing it on the back burner. the whole article is here

I love this!!!  I hear this stuff all of the time.  You wouldn't believe the kinds of things people come up with.  It would cost a ton of money, but an awareness program like this would be a good thing here in the states.

Thanks for sharing! Yeah, the Brits seem to be dedicated to safe driving practices. It's happening in the US as well - but we have 50 states and their various rules and regulations to deal with :)
